Complete Guide on Saudi Prometric Exam for Nurses (Saudi Licensure Exam)
Updated: May 2017Presently, a lot of Filipino nurses are having difficulties on applying for a Saudi Prometric Exam because of the changes made by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS). When I scheduled my exam years ago, you only have to vistit the Prometric Site. However, in the new process, nurses are required to have an eligibility number before scheduling the exam. This revision of policy allowed them to screen first the candidates before permitting them to take the exam.
With reference to this matter, I have decided to make a blog post on how to get an eligibility number for a Prometric exam (Saudi Licensing Exam) to help my fellow Filipino nurses.
1. First and foremost, go to the SCFHS website, click the box for E-Services, then click Mumaris > Practitioners > Create Eligibility Number for Applicant from outside KSA. Then, read the instructions and click the link given at the end. Click here for the same link (Note: the url address may vary from time to time).
2. On the Mumaris System home page. Click Practitioner New Account to create your new account. Read the general instructions carefully, then click Done to proceed. Afterwards, answer the questions on the site. Do you have a SCFHS Professional Registration Card? - No. Are you applying from out side KSA? - Yes.
3. The process from here onwards are pretty much easy and straightforward. There's no need to fill up the entries for arabic language (ARA). Just make sure that you fill in the necessary information, especially those marked with a red star. Also, the site will automatically generate the Hijri dates (Islamic Calendar) for you, so no need to stress about that. After reviewing your information, click Proceed.
4. You will then receive an activation link from SCFHS on your email address. Click the link and follow the instructions. At this moment, you just have to continue filling out the forms and uploading essential documents. If you are experiencing difficulties, refer to this PDF file by SCFHS for step by step instructions.
3. The process from here onwards are pretty much easy and straightforward. There's no need to fill up the entries for arabic language (ARA). Just make sure that you fill in the necessary information, especially those marked with a red star. Also, the site will automatically generate the Hijri dates (Islamic Calendar) for you, so no need to stress about that. After reviewing your information, click Proceed.
5. You can now start uploading your documents (your files must be attached in PDF and photos in JPEG that does not exceed 1 mb). Mentioned hereunder are the required documents:
Qualifications Certificate (College Diploma)
Experience Certificate (Certificate of Employment)
Board Certificate, Board Rating, PRC License ID
Academic Transcript / Log Book / Training Program Content (TOR and RLE)
Passport Copy (PDF)
Passport sized Photo in white background (JPEG)
6. After uploading all the needed documents, just wait for their response which will be sent on your email address. The email will contain 2 numbers, one is your eligibility ID and the other one is the verification code for your Data Flow Registration. (Note: Please click the link on your email directly to avoid errors such as "Eligibility ID does not exist or is already used.")
II. Scheduling your Exam (Prometric or Pearson Vue Test Center)
The computer based licensing examination can now be taken in two testing centers (Prometric and Pearson Vue).
PROMETRICS GUIDE:
When you receive your eligibility number and the link sends you to Prometric website, just follow the instructions below.
1.1 On your email click the link for Classification Exams, then go to Professional classification examinations.
1.2 On Step 1: Select your program, select Academic, Professional Licensure & Certification, Government, and Corporate Programs, then choose Saudi Licensing Examination. On Step 2: Select your region, choose Philippines.
1.3 On the next page, select schedule an appointment, then click Next, afterwards review the policy and then select I agree.
1.4 You then need to provide the Eligibility ID number that was sent to you and type the first 4 letters of your Last Name.
1.5 After that, you can now choose your desired test location and dates. Here are the locations of Prometric Test Centers in the Philippines:
#8473 | Cebu City Int'l Stc, C/O Train, Educ & Dec Cons Inc Suite 308, Centro Maximo D Jakosalem Street, Cebu City. In Cebu, exams are on Mondays 'til Thursdays.
PEARSON VUE GUIDE:
However, if you are sent to the Pearson Vue website, do not worry. The process of booking the exam is quite similar.
2.1 Sign-in with the login credentials you are given on your email. (you do not need to create a new account in the Pearson Vue website).
2.2 Schedule your examination date. Test locations of Pearson Vue Test Centers in Philippines:

2.3 After paying the exam fee ($239), you will receive a confirmation email (within 48 hours). If any information is incorrect, you can call at 800 844 3692 (if you are in Saudi Arabia) and at +971 4 453 5380 (International Calls) between 08:30 and 17:00 UAE time, Sunday to Thursday, excluding Fridays, Saturdays and UAE Holidays or email them.
2.4 If everything is good, print the booking confirmation and bring it with you together with your valid ID or passport on the day of your exam.

Important Things to Remember:
- Avoid duplicate accounts, you can only use your email and mobile number in one account.
- Please be patient in waiting for your eligibility number, it might take a week or even a month.
- The type of exam will be chosen by the SCHFS (Nurse Specialist Exam is usually harder than the Nurse Technician Exam)
- On the day of examination, please bring a print out of your confirmation letter and don't forget your ID.

Now, the question is what is a board registration for prometrics? ReplyBoard Registration Certificate is what we called as "Lupon" save it as a PDF file and name the file as BOARD REGISTRATION. I hope this would help
ReplyI already tried this one but still got the same "returned status" for the same reason- it wasn't a valid one. So marj, may I know what is the specific certificates or requirements I need to submit to get appproved of? I've been stock with this for weeks now. Maybe I submitted it the wrong way or I dont know. I don't know how start pero my story is this--- last March 2017, after completing enough work experience, I applied for a Government Hospital in KSA (KING SAUD UNIVERSITY MEDICAL CITY).. Luckily, I got hired. So ngayon po I have a conditional job offer. Nagstart na din ako magprocess ng papers ko. My agent told me after a few days na I have to hasten everything as my employer needs me and my other fellow hired applicants to be deployed come June 2018.
I am a first timer in KSA. I'm really clueless of what i'm doing. nagrerely nalang ako sa mga forums just like this one.
Anyway since minamadali kami ng Agency,I acted upon... nagpared ribbon nako, nag renew ng passport, gumawa nako ng Mumaris account ko on my own then after a few days, i finally got my Eligibility number pero hindi ako makapagpabook ng exam dahil yung passport na ini upload ko in my Mumaris account is the old one (although still valid pa naman until September 2018)
The passport i have now in my possession is the new one.
My question is, magkakaroon po ba ako ng problema dito? do I need to update my passport with mumaris and how is it done?

Replymam ask ko lang po kung ung with 2years and up hospital exp lang ang pwede mag prometrics exam? kase meron po dati work prehospital rescue nurse sa ambulance for 5 years pero mag 2years palng nurse sa hospital this july nag schedule at kumuha ng eligibility pero ang available na date ng exam is october 2018 pa bakit kaya ganun?

Nagpray lang ako kina St. Clare, St. Jude of Thaddeus & St. Joseph of Cupertino na i-guide nila ako kasi di talaga ako prepared. ��

ReplyDapat po lahat ng i pass mo s data flow n dapat active or un company or hospital at active p.. main purpose of data flow is to verify your documents --- para sure nila n hnd cya FAKE.. in some sinario kahit true nman un certificate mo pero nun time n tatawagan n nila un HOSPITAL n nag close n or hnd n active s DOH -- consider nila n not verify at maging black listed kana s data flow..

Un coe mo in jeddah -- hnd n po kylangan yan ipa data flow basta my stamp ok n yan.. un local lng po iba data flow mo -- but make sure n un local coe mo n active p un HOSPITAL -- if hnd k sure n better wag muna ipa data flow (((kc main purpose po talaga ng data flow is to verify ur documnets))) now a days kc marami dami nrin nahuli dahil s fake documents....

ReplySaudi Prometric exam cost 239 Usd sa pinas. Wala bayad mgpa register at mag create ng account sa mumaris to get Eligibility number sa exam at numer for dataflow.
ReplyDati daw ganun. Sabe nung mga personnel dun sa prometric office. Ngayon hindi na agad malalaman kung pass or fail. Sabe kase saken within a month. Grabe sobra naman tagal parang NLE na dito sa pinas.

Ask ko lang po kasi, way back 2015, nung nasa KSA po ako gumawa po ako ng acct sa mumaris. Back then di po ako nagttrabaho as nurse. Nakapagcreate po ako ng acct sa Mumaris at nakapagbayad po ako ng DataFlow. Unfortunately di po ako nakapagtake ng exam at under "Are you applying from outside KSA? - No," ito po ang nasagot ko. Nagkaroon po ako ng 7 yrs work gap as nurse. Di po ako nabigyan ng elig #.
Ano po ba ang best way para makapagpaschedule ng prometric exam given my current situation. Ako po ngyn at babalik bilang nurse.

ReplyNo, it does not mean verified ka na. Usually pag verified ka magsesend cla ng copy na verified ang mga Documents sa employer mo and you can email also Datafloe group. If wala ka nareceive, means may na find out clang discrepancy sa mga documents na sinubmit mo at automatic p na isesend nila yun sa SCFHS.
ReplyIt really does not matter po. But dont forget to bring your old passport once you landed in the kingdom. Besides pwede naman po na sa Kingdom kana magpabook ng Exam thru your employer po.

You should go to PRC to ask for the new ones! Same with mine. It was actually the old ones I've been uploading. Anyway, you need to have the Certificate of Good Standing, Board Rating (2 separate papers). So, in all you got to upload all of these three documents.
ReplyPlease go to PRC and ask for three(3) documents namely CERTIFICATE OF GOOD STANDING, BOARD RATING & BOARD REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE. These 3 might be the answer to your problem. Hope this would help.

Ask ko lng po 4 years napo ako company nurse dito saudi kaya lng iba profession ko sa iqama, pero dhil pinapashoulder skin lhat ng gastos ng change of iqama ska processing ng exam ko di n ako ngtuloy s pgpaprocess. Pero ngayon libre n dw ang change of profession at tntnong nila ako ngayon kung gusto ko mgpalit ng profession. Gudnun po, May problema po kasi ako sa Mumaris account ko, last July 10 po ksi nag registered po ako sa Mumaris den succesful nman po. I've got my eligibility number and took an exam,but unfortunately i failed in my first attempt. Then, nag try po akong mag re-exam pero di ko po cia nabayaran and di po ako nag take,ngaun po active po ung reference number na binigay po saakin.Sa ngaun po magtatake po sna ako ng exam kso lng po di ako makaka acces dhil daw po active pa ung reference number ko...Panu po ako makaproceed sa application ko pra mka pag sched na po ako ng exam ko.Everytime time po mag attempt ako for eligibility number sinasabi na you have alredy existing reference number pls follow-up your application than creating a new one.Saan po ba cia ipapa-fllow up?Sana po matulungan nio ako dahil eto na lng po ung inaantay ko. Maraming Salamat.

ReplyHello po, dito po ako saudi ask ko lang po i got my eligibility and planning to book for exam here is my questions po- 1. Balak ko po magbook na using my current passport and then magbakasyon po ako pinas then irenew since malapit na magexpire ok lang po ba na pagbalik ko saudi to take exam bago na yung valid passport ko, on my exam date ok lang po ba na dalin ko yung old passport na dineclare ko together w/ my renew passport tatanggapin po ba yun?,,, 2. Another question is pwede ko bang sa pinas itake yung exam kasi i will be in vacation for more than 1 month and i read na need mo magexam within 3 mos. Upon receive ng eligibility. ReplyI worked abroad 2016-2018 without my saudi license. My employer process my documents, data flow was done, and already received msg CLASSIFICATION and REGISTRATION NUMBER for Nurse Tech. but did not take the exam kc wala po akong nareceive na na msg regarding exam schededule. hanggang sa nakapag exit na po ako. Now, Im currently working here in the Philippine and planning to continue my application for prometric exam, anu pong 1st step na gagawin ku since nakapagprocess na po ako before sa KSA ng documents ko.

ReplyInsert po ako ng info po. No need to create new mumaris account. Pag nurse tech ka dati pwd ka kumuha ng exam for nurse specialist.as gagawin po is re-clasification po yun.pag currently employed kana no need for re-registration na. May fee po for re classification, tas pag expired pa yung card, may penalties po yun.magbabayad for the prometric exam, magbabayad for data flow pa po,if im not mistaken.
